The biggest question on everyone’s mind now is “Who owns Space Shuttle Atlantis?”
The Space shuttle has been on display at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for the past two and a half years, being the concessionaire of NASA.
But the application for trademark had been filed by Delaware North Companies (DNC) who were also recently seen in the Yosemite park case; who apparently happen to be collecting trademarks to the names of iconic property owned by the United States.
The chief operatng officer of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex expresses his fear on how they have been NASA’s Consessionaire for so long. But if changed at some point in the future will lose all rights to any IP of NASA available in Space Centre.
